The fifty-third session of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs was held under the chairmanship of H.E. Ambassador Ali Asghar Soltanieh (Islamic Republic of Iran) in United Nations Office in Vienna from 8 to 12March 2010. A high ranking delegation headed by H.E.
